This EL Socorro coffee - Red Bourbon varietal, has been roasted medium+ with smooth and round body, aromatic and pleasant winey acidity, followed by hints of pear berry in the aroma with a subtle chocolate, grape and pear note. Excellent for espresso drinks, also good suits plunger and filter preparation.
