This EL Socorro coffee - Maracaturra varietal, has been roasted medium+ with round and smooth body, pleasant fruity acidity, followed by hints of white chocolate and berry-like in the aroma with a subtle strawberry jam and brown sugar note, a clean finish. Excellent for espresso drinks, also good suits plunger and filter preparation.
