A blend of several different degrees of roast of an excellent Single Origin Central American coffee, roasted light to medium dark.
This coffee exudes sweetness in both light and darker roasting, layers of raw sugar flavor with clean fruited notes, crisp acidity, the darker roasting bring a syrupy chocolate flavor, pleasant citrus rind accent, clean aftertaste.
